Yes. If you selected a preferred tutor during sign-up, we’ll try to match you. If they’re not available, we’ll suggest the closest fit and explain why.

No prep required. Just bring your laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space. We’ll guide you from the first minute.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, Online via Google Meet or Zoom.

How am I charged for sessions?
Your card is securely on file with Stripe. At the end of the month, you’ll only be billed for the sessions you actually completed, plus your membership fee if you’re on Steady Dutch or Dutch Mode ON.

What if I need to reschedule?
After your matched you can reschedule directly with your tutor-coach, but please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are billed.

If you have any issues, email us at info@definedutch.com . We’ll either reschedule promptly or assign a different tutor-coach.
